Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  1. To conduct in-depth market research and analysis using various tools and framework.
  2. To accurately capture and produce insightful output.
  3. To produce timely and concise write ups and reports of consulting engagements for internal and external audience.
  4. To contribute to UCSI Consulting Group’s knowledge and learning by producing clear case-study write ups and presentations.

Requirements:

  1. Education qualification: MBA or Master’s Degree in relevant field (Bachelor’s Degree holders with relevant experience may also apply)
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years preferable in management consulting.
  3. Language requirement: Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Have experience in digital transformation and new technology such as Ai and block chain will be an added advantage.
  5. Skills required:
    1. Strong analytical skills in utilising various frameworks.
    2. Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
    3. Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills.
    4. Advanced MS Powerpoint and MS Excel skills.

Senior Business Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

  1.  Office Management: Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office, making sure that all office systems are managed and maintained, including office upkeep, stationery log and stock checks; petty cash; client files; KPI monitoring and ensure all the certification (HRDF, MOF, DBKL) are updated.
  2. CEO office: to assist CEO in all logistic arrangement, meeting arrangement, Visa application and other office related matters.
  3. Finance Management: Assisting with preparation of the monthly management account (P&L); interpreting financial data; monitoring expenses reports and cash collection and liaises with group finance.
  4. Quality Control & Compliance Management: ensure all trainings and other programmes comply with the HRDF and other regulatory bodies’ requirement.
  5. Human Resource: Post the job advertisement to all Local and International University as well as other job portal; assisting in sourcing of candidate.
  6. To perform backend support to all business units.

Requirements:

  1. Education qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in analytical field or business related field
  2. Experience:
    • 2 years of experience in office operations.
    • Experience in finance and account will be an added advantage, or fresh graduate.
  3. Language requirement: Excellent English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
  4. Skills required:
    • Strong analytical & strategic problem solving skills.
    • Efficient, detailed and disciplined in all administrative work.
    • Team player.
    • Highly competent in Microsoft Office and associated programs.
