Hoji’s broad sectoral knowledge includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics (with a focus on Last Mile, Cold Chain, Express, Food and Healthcare sectors), Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Banking and Financial Services, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Prior to assuming the role of CEO at UCSI Consulting Group, Hoji served as a principal consultant at Frost & Sullivan, where he managed the European and Middle East markets for his business unit, overseeing a portfolio exceeding $1 million. He also led a team of senior consultants and analysts. His previous roles include consultant at UCSI Consulting Group (Malaysia), research associate at Innovation Development Corporation (Malaysia) and product analyst at BePro (Uzbekistan).
Hoji is an MBA candidate for the 2025 cohort at the Asia School of Business (ASB) in collaboration with the MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds a master's degree from INCEIF (Malaysia) and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Uzbekistan).
